| JobProfile/Description |
• Client developments and industry developments for clients that you deal with and proactively act on this knowledge, Identify business opportunities amongst existing customers and other players within the same industries (potential new customers in International Market)
• Conceptualization, Planning & Execution of Event Properties Globally
• New Business Development & Client Servicing for national and international accounts
• Revenue/ Sponsorship Generation for International Events and Exhibitions
• Space sales for International Exhibitions
• Pitching new clients for corporate events
• Monitor, check and contribute to development of ideas thereby helping meet client objectives
• Create a marketing plan to approach these customers, Identifying and target decision makers, Communicate with clients in a manner that creates bonds and aids long term associations
• Ensure high level of professionalism in communication and presentation, you are the front line of our company
• Should act as an independent profit making Identity for the Group
• Constantly update knowledge and know how in our industry (especially focus on marketing functions like Presentations, Ideation and conceptualization), Regularly assess competitors, their strengths and weaknesses, Constantly update yourself on the market scenario relating to our industry
• Should have complete knowledge of Event Production and Operations
• Should have a good network of vendors and required agencies

| Other Requirements |
• Willing to travel worldwide, and should have valid passport [Candidates can also get the passport done within one month of joining, if selected]
• Applicants must be confident and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Applicants should be creative to a certain degree and be able to think “out of the box”.
• Own conveyance is mandatory
• We think that says it all! Should be able to work independently.
• Good attitude, dedication to work and a team player. Ability to turnaround work quickly will be a big advantage.
• At least 4-6 years’ experience in Industry
• Good Leadership qualities and Communication skill
• Must be creative, resourceful, innovative and pro-active |
